Ground rules for GC members

Hi everyone,
I have noticed that there have been people have been late for CCA or did not attend CCA for a valid reason. I hope that from the next practice(18 March), everyone will be able to attend the cca punctually or inform your section leader/ welfare committee if you are unable to make it for the practice.
The committee member have came out with the ground rule. Each member has 15 minutes allowance, after the allowance period, latecomers will have to help out with the logistics (setup and pack up).
