Briefing

There will be a briefing for camp details this Friday 5/8/2011 6pm at the Amphitheater. Do try to come as this is important.

Also please note that there will be no more practice from this week onwards until the end of the exam week.

Traing Venue Change

This week's training venue will be moved to the Amphitheater. Timings will be unaffected. Also please bring your footstools.

Important Notice

For those who have not chosen an Ensemble group please inform your IC by Tuesday, 19 July.
Ensemble details are as follows:

Ensemble Group 1: Training every Wednesdays 7-9pm

Ensemble Group 2: Training every Thursdays 7-9pm

Please choose one group and stick to it as the instructors for each group will be different.

For advance class members, you will be joining the senior's for practice every Wednesday and Thursday.

Training Dates

For the rest of the month of July, training dates are as follows

For Ensemble Group A, training dates are 20th and 27th of July 6.50 - 9pm.

For Ensemble Group B, training dates are 21th and 28th of July 6.50 - 9pm.

Venue will be at E.318 (might be subjected to changes)

For Senior Ensemble, training dates are every Wednesday and Thursday 7-9pm.

Ensemble Practise

Just for clarification, the current Ensemble has been spilt into two groups, with one group having their practice on every Wednesday 7-9pm and the other group having it every Thursday 7-9pm.

Please do stick to one date and do not come for both as they will be basically teaching the same. Also please do not just change dates on a whim (i.e coming on Thursday on one week and then coming on Wednesday on another.) as it will be difficult for the instructors that will be teaching you.

Please note there is a meeting for Guitar Club juniors tomorrow 6pm at the Amphitheater. You do not need to bring your guitars. For those that are in the Advanced Class, you do not need to attend this meeting.

For those who have not collected their guitar/tuners. You can do so from 3 to 5.45pm tomorrow.

For those who have placed your orders for your guitars, you can collect them on the 5th of July at the Guitar Club Room Blk E level 4 from 4pm onwards. Don't forget to bring your money to pay.
